Home Theatre Club - LIVE!!

Our popular, successful, silly, wacky, nonsense, creative, brilliant, achingly funny, inspirational, bonkers, touching, awe-inspiring, confidence-boosting, kind and friendly online Home Theatre Club is being transformed into a LIVE SHOW!!

Yes, the extraordinary Nathan Guy, the incredible Laura Mugridge, the hilarious Henry Everett are stepping out of their computer screens and into theatres and schools this Summer with their hugely enjoyable interactive creative learning show for 5-11 year olds and their adult dependents.

Time traveller Ulysses and his assistants, Elbo and Froth, are calling on 5-11 year olds throughout the known Universe to help them answer life's fundamental questions and outwit their arch enemy, Voltamand, along with his oddball sidekicks, Vocalzone and Vapour Rub before time runs out!

Along the way, we'll meet a host of their now world-famous characters, Jester Crackers, Miriam the Mind Reader, Conundra, Gary the Gurner, Fern Prickleson, Dr Nnnnnn Atchoo - and oh so many others.

Watch this space for dates and times!!

"We loved having Infinite Jest perform in the Polka tent at the Wilderness Festival this summer. A clever mix of original and modern language, live music, song, dance, physical theatre and audience interaction combined to make a perfectly pitched, riotous and witty show for young audiences. Story telling this good deserves a wider audience." Zoe Robinson, Producer, Polka Theatre

“This company's special talent seems to lie in their ability to distil the essence of a Shakespearean story and make it accessible to young audiences, whilst at the same time keeping the adults amused with a more sophisticated layer of funny”

Camilla van Doorn, STET – the English Theatre, The Hague

We produce one-hour adaptations of Shakespeare’s plays for young people.

Incorporating physical comedy, singing, dancing, puppetry and audience participation, our plays remain faithful to the original story and are packed full of Shakespeare’s lines.

We want our young audience to leave our shows feeling that Shakespeare is all about great characters, cracking storytelling and belly-ache laughter.
