Leyton - Galaxy Quest

What?

We are gearing up for a fantastic week of drama fun and games with Infinite Jest's team of wacky creatives! 

From atoms to Big Bangs, we'll time travel through the Universe, and our ever-expanding imaginations and be inspired by all things SCIENCEY!!

Special SCIENCE SHOW with Jonathan "JB" Brenner!!!

We'll meet the heroes, heroines, and villains who have taught us about who were are, where we are, why we are!

And we'll tell of our incredible adventures at the end of the week in a show for family and friends. 

 

Acting - devising - story telling - creating characters - theatre skills learning (puppetry, mask, stage combat) - lots of fabulous science experiments!! - song - dance - crafting - mindfulness - and so much more!

What to bring and wear

Food and drink

You provide a NUT FREE lunch and enough for two snacks and a labelled water bottle. If your child is doing wraparound, please ensure they have enough snacks

We have access to a fridge and will of course fill up water bottles. We don't have any snacks, or juices etc, on us. And we don't allow any food sharing between children. 

Clothes

The children will be moving about, doing some drawing and crafting (using felt tips, pritt stick, possibly a little paint), going outside - please dress them accordingly

Jonathan Brenner, Katie Dorman, Clara Vior - who many of you will know. And welcoming the brilliant Holly Kavanagh to the team.

Show time!

There will be a sharing of work around 2.45pm on the Friday - your workshop leader will let you know exact time during the week. Family and friends all welcome!
